I didn’t realize until after I took the before picture that I still had slight remnants of a waterproof eyeliner swatch on my hand, but the foundation covered that up like a charm. I applied one dot on my hand using the perfecting face brush. It’s hard to explain in text…it basically looks like your skin, but better. With the two pictures of my hand below, you can see how the finish looks. I use one dot on the left side of my face, one dot on the right side of my face, and what’s left over in my t-zone. The main difference is a lot less product is used when you apply it with the suggested brush. I’ve tried it both with and without the coinciding “Perfecting Face Brush” to see if it made any difference, and it absolutely does. It is very a much a serum when applying, so it adds moisture to the face in a way that other liquid foundations do not. I absolutely think girls with dry to normal skin should give the foundation a shot. I wear it now because I have it, but otherwise I will only purchase this during the fall and winter months due to my skin being more dry during cooler times. That being said, I still love it and will continue to repurchase because the pros outweigh the cons and it still works well for me when I set it with the bareminerals loose mineral matte powder. This is not an ideal foundation for oily girls like myself, which is why the score isn’t at a 4.5. Feels greasy upon application (learning curve).Top and spout (see pic above) can get messy. Not ideal for summer (for oily girls like me).Requires a setting powder (for oily girls like me).Requires very little product to cover the full face (if used with matching brush).Conceals imperfections without the need for a separate concealer.Silicone, oil, paraben, and fragrance-free.Great color selection (20 different shades with neutral, golden, and cool undertones).Affordable price compared to other makeup brands. It’s like nothing you’ve ever felt before.
